Perfect Serve
Amalfi Lime Tonic can be enjoyed on its own, but of course we love it with gin. The fruity notes in the tonic will compliment the citrus botanical flavours in the gin.
Add ice to a large gin glass and add 50ml Aviation Gin. Top up with Amalfi Lime Tonic and garnish with a slice or 2 of lime.
For the Rum lovers, shake 50ml of Plantaion Original Dark Rum with 20ml of fresh lime juice, 5ml of sugar and 8 mint leaves. Double strain into ice filled glass, and add Amalfi Lime Tonic and more mint and a slice of lime to garnish.
