Everleaf Mountain
Building on the success of the original Everleaf (now called Everleaf Forest), Paul Mathew (the founder) has crafted another drink to add to the range - this time created with lovers of pink gin in mind.
This one has a vibrant and delicious blend of 12 sustainably sourced botanicals. These are all carefully chosen to capture flavours of the mountain, and include Cherry Blossom, Rosehip and Strawberry.
The result is a delicious non-alcoholic drink. The aroma greets you with notes of cherry blossom, as well as fruity notes of black cherry and strawberry.
The taste doesn't disappoint either. Slightly sweet floral cherry flavours greet the palate, which melt into bold and tart rosehip and savoury myrtle. The finish is moreish, with a touch of bitterness on the tongue, which mixes perfectly with the sweet aromatics.

Perfect Serve
This works perfectly as a spritz, either with Fentimans Naturally Light Tonic Water or their Soda Water (if you want the drink less bitter).
In a large wine glass add a couple of ice cubes, and pour over 50ml of Everleaf Mountain. Top up with 100 - 150ml of your mixer of choice, and garnish with a sliced strawberry or other berries you have to hand.
