Fee Brothers Fee Foam
The history of Fee Brothers dates back to its founding in 1864. It was at this time that the son of an Irish Immigrant founded James Fee & Company and he began making wine.
The rest as they say, is history - and today Fee Brothers makes a range of products including bitters, botanical waters, syrups, and this - their Foam. They remain family owned, and are currently run by the fifth generation of the Fee family.
As an alternative to egg white in cocktails, Fee Foam gives a light foamy head. This is perfect for vegans (it contains no animal derived ingredients), or those who are not keen on the thought of egg protein in a cocktail!
It is odourless and neutral in both taste and colour. This ensures that the flavours in your cocktail components are the star of the show!
This can be used to replace egg whites in many cocktails, such as the Pink Lady or Clover Club. Simply substitute 2-3 dashes of the Fee Foam in place of the egg white.
