With their Absinthe, Lyre's have created a drink which captures the essence of Absinthe. It has all of the aromatic and anise flavours - just minus the alcohol.
With a distinct fresh aroma and taste, Lyre's have captured delicious anise flavours in this drink. Verbena, anise, herbs and a hint of sweetness all blend perfectly.

Perfect Serve
This works well in the mix - replacing traditional absinthe, but can also be enjoyed as a longer drink as an aperitif.
Take a tall glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the Lyre's. Gently pour over soda water until the glass is full. Garnish with a wedge of lemon, a slice of cucumber and some fresh basil or mint.
