The aroma on this is full of citrus, fresh herbal and floral notes. It has a deliciously dry and aromatic flavour, with distinct notes of citrus, anise, fine herbs and a delicate saltiness to give a perfect balance and length.

Perfect Serve
This can be enjoyed wherever a dry vermouth is used. For a delicious Bianco Spritz, take a large wine glass filled with ice and add 30ml each of Lyre's Aperitif Dry, and their Orange Sec. Fill the glass with 90ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and two slices of lemon.
