Lyre's Aperitif Rosso
When you're not drinking alcohol (for whatever reason), you needn't feel left out. Lyre's have "impossibly crafted" a whole range of non-alcoholic spirits for you to enjoy.
With their Aperitif Rosso, Lyre's have created a drink which captures the essence of an aromatic rosso vermouth (such as Martini Rosso or Cinzano Rosso), minus the alcohol.
This has a delicious bouquet of citrus, blended with almond and vanilla. Hints of dried fruit and savoury saffron also come through. The flavour is deliciously rich, and full of flavours. Like with the aroma, the blood orange and vanilla taking the lead. This is balanced with caramel, citrus pith and cacoa. It coats the mouth perfectly, really imparting its flavours.

Delicious enjoyed wherever a rosso vermouth would be used, or for a delicious mocktail, add equal parts of your favourite premium tonic water (we like Thomas Henry) to Lyre's Italian Orange and the Aperitif Rosso and you have a delicious non-alcoholic Americano.
