As a young man (only 19), George Monin started selling branded wines and spirits in 1912. He chose the slogan "Passion for quality" and this is the ethos behind the company to this day. A french company, it is still family owned, and it's now the third generation leading the business.
Fun fact: This syrup was the result of a winning entry in a Monin contest to suggest new flavours.
This syrup gives a sweet, floral flavour filled with red fruits.

This syrup works perfectly in lemonades to milkshakes, and cocktails to a fruity cold brew.
We love this as a Hibiscus Gin & Tonic. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 20ml of the syrup, 40ml of a London Dry Gin (we like Tanqueray), and 120ml of Franklin & Sons Indian Tonic. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.
