Using 6 ingredients, Seedlip Spice 94 is a spice lovers delight. Allspice, Cardamom, Oak and Cascarila are joined by Grapefruit and Lemon to give a spiced drink with refreshing citrus notes.
The flavour is aromatic with warm spice notes, citrussy top notes from the lemon and grapefruit peel and a bitter finish from high quality barks, oak and cascarilla.

Interesting to know... Allspice is actually the dried and groung fruit of the Pimenta dioica plant. Picked unripe, and dried in the sun, these add top noted of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove (all from the one ingredient) to the drink.

Perfect Serve
This works really well mixed with tonic, but we particularly like this with ginger ale. In a glass filled with ice, add 50ml of the seedlip and then top up with Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale. Garnish with a slice of lime.
