Made with the high pressure carbonation of natural spring water, along with the unique Mediterranean Citrus the flavours are refreshing, complex and aromatic - capturing the Mediterranean in a bottle. Delicious!

Interesting note.... the image on the front is of a bergamot wearing a bowler hat. Berg-amot means gentleman's pear in Turkish, so this is a witty play on words.

Perfect Serve

Enjoyed ice cold plain, or as a base for a mandarin cocktail, this is a truly versatile soda.

Enjoy as a Sir Collins cocktail. In a tall glass filled with ice, add 40ml of a London Dry Gin of your choice, (we particularly like Tanqueray London Dry Gin with this one as the citrus flavours blend well) and add 10ml Yellow Chartreuse. Stir gently, then top up with the soda. Garnish with a sprig of coriander. Cheers!
